A Space Circus? Yes, Please…

A couple years ago I stumbled on the first book in the Xerus Galaxay series on Kickstarter as I was writing my own circus book and needed no prompting whatsoever to dish out my money!

Then Emilie decided during her Kickstarter for Falling through the Black to open up paperback shipping to Canada so of course I snapped up my shelf trophies of these two books.

My books are spicy and Emilie’s are not, but in my opinion a good story is a good story. Some have spice and some don’t, and that’s a-okay by me.

While I loooooooooove me a gritty romance plotline, it’s actually way more about the chemistry no matter where on the sliding scale a book may fall. The fun for me in a romance is the will they/won’t they back and forth between the characters and all the forces that keep them apart until I’m shaking the book and yelling ‘OMG just kiss already!’.

This is why these books need to be on your TBR. Go ahead and grab them. I’ll wait.
